About Seven16 Group
Give capable people a fair shot at a remarkable career.
Seven16 Group builds practical intelligence, training, outreach, and automation for commercial-insurance operators creating their own opportunity. The mission is simple: talent, effort, and judgment should matter more than whether someone inherited a book, a support team, or an enterprise budget.

The founder's conviction
“I want more people to have a real shot at entering this industry, building a book, supporting their family, and staying long enough to retire from it.”
Ronnie O'Dell · Founder, Seven16 Group LLC
The starting line is not equal
Ability is everywhere. Advantage is not.
Some producers begin with family relationships, an inherited book, a recognized name, or a mature agency platform behind them. That does not diminish what they build—but it does change the starting line. Many talented people enter the business without any of it.
The same gap exists at the agency level. Large organizations can fund specialized data, polished training, dedicated marketing teams, custom automation, and expensive operating systems. Independent producers and smaller agencies are often expected to compete with little more than effort and a collection of disconnected tools.
Seven16 exists for the operator starting farther back—not because the work should be easy, but because the opportunity should be real.

Founder, seller, distributor, builder
Ronnie knows both sides of revenue.
Ronnie O'Dell's three-decade career began in sales and grew into commercial-insurance distribution leadership—the work of generating sales through agents, brokers, teams, and partnerships. He has built and scaled distribution inside carriers, MGAs, a venture-backed InsurTech, and national insurance platforms.
His experience spans workers' compensation, small commercial, transportation, go-to-market strategy, marketing, technology, operating leadership, and the hard work of aligning people around a plan that can actually be executed.
Along the way, executives, sales leaders, and producers kept asking him the same questions: How do you plan the market? What data do you use? How do you train the producer? What should be automated? How do you follow up without losing the human relationship? Seven16 is his answer in product form.

The operating throughline
Sales taught him how revenue is earned. Distribution taught him how it scales.
01
Sell
Small-business sales and enterprise consulting built Ronnie's foundation: trust, preparation, disciplined follow-up, and a clear reason to act are where revenue begins.
02
Distribute
He built distribution from launch, recruited major brokerages, expanded agency networks into the hundreds, and grew carrier and MGA channels through disciplined partnerships.
03
Operate
He helped move a distressed workers' compensation book back to underwriting profit, led through M&A integration, and aligned distribution, underwriting, data, technology, and teams.
04
Build
He has built portals, intake models, producer education, CRM workflows, automation, and AI-enabled products. Seven16 turns that operating experience into tools others can use.
Why now
AI changed the economics of building useful tools.
Modern AI and software tools make it possible to turn decades of operating judgment into focused products without the cost structure of a traditional enterprise-software company. That gives Seven16 room to stay close to the work, move quickly, and keep useful entry points within reach.
Seven16 does not pretend every product matches every feature or finish of a platform built with a massive budget. The aim is narrower and more useful: deliver meaningful leverage where independent operators feel the gap most—finding opportunity, using data, learning the motion, creating activity, and following up consistently.
AI is the leverage. Field experience is the filter. Better operator outcomes are the job.
The FastechHR connection
Close to the people the tools are meant to serve.
As Chief Revenue Officer at FastechHR, Ronnie works with wholesalers, retail partners, producers, and agencies serving difficult workers' compensation opportunities. Many are smaller organizations with strong people, real relationships, and limited internal technology or enablement capacity.
That work reinforces the Seven16 mission. Practical intelligence, education, and automation can help those operators recognize opportunity, prepare more effectively, and create consistent activity. Seven16 products and powered experiences can complement FastechHR-related workflows where the product registry and access rules permit.
How Seven16 builds
Useful before impressive. Honest before easy.
Respect the operator
Build for the person accountable for the next call, submission, relationship, decision, or result.
Make the next move clearer
Technology should reduce friction and uncertainty, not bury good people under another layer of software theater.
Keep judgment human
AI can research, organize, draft, and guide. It does not replace consent, authorization, underwriting authority, or professional judgment.
Build access responsibly
Keep useful starting points within reach while pricing products to support secure, durable operation and continued improvement.
The invitation
Build the book you weren't handed.
Start with the part of your growth motion that is holding you back. You do not need every product, and you do not need to pretend you have resources you do not.
